Iodine can be vaporized and inhaled, or used in gargle to kill internal virus.

I’ve add 1-3 drops to my Sleep Apnea Water for the last 3 months.  

  I’ve used 1-3 drop of Iodine in a Neti Nasal Wash with Sea Salt.  No burning or unpleasant resulted.
