If you are confused by this crime statistic data and the non-sense opinion/commentary added by the (AC), allow me to help you gain a better understanding of what this raw data really means.

First of all, these numbers are the totals for this particular year (2014) a bit out of date, but good enough for this analysis. We NEED to convert these numbers to a percent of the racial population. I had to dig online for a while to find this race based percentages, because it seems Google does not want us to find this type of information; because...well, let's just say it does not paint a very pretty picture for Blacks.

The Black population in the U.S. has been about 13% of the total U.S. population for many years. The White population is about 63% of the population, although Hispanics are sometimes included with White, making the population 77%. For this analysis, White and Hispanic are combined and therefore the 77% total will be used. The other 10% are all other minorities combined.

Now, when we convert the crime statistics to reflect the actual percentage by race in the U.S. we come up with DRAMATICALLY different results.

As for White suicides at 30,000 per year, that is not surprising, in fact I think that sounds low. Remember, the White population (without Hispanic included) is 63% of the population, or roughly 145 million people.
