I live in Seattle.

The police don't do shit NOW, even.
Homeless people are allowed to pitch and live in tents right on the sidewalk where people have to walk when commuting to work and back home.

They plan to replace the cops with plainclothes Commissars. They will shoot people in the head and dump the bodies in mass graves.

If you watched the Death of Seattle movie you would know that the prosecutor and mayor and council made the decision that putting repeat offenders in jail did no good.
