I have no use for schools or kids. They're other people's problem. I had mine and dealt with them and they're very successful. Now I never want to be around brats again.

Pay for your own schools or teach the kids yourselves. Not my problem. I'm stuck with the damn school taxes and that's my only involvement with them.

The only good part about kids is trying to make them and failing.

Here’s the problems I have...

We were sent an email earlier this month that said we could pick one of two options 1) remote only or 2) in class

We were told we had to choose by 8-24, but then got a second email that extended it to 8-31. If we didn’t register by today, we would no longer be allowed to register at all for the upcoming year

We did it, so I’m not too worried. However, I noticed a month back all my emails from school were in spam, never had that problem before, emailed them to tell em, and they said they were aware because others also let them know

So definitely there are parents that did not receive those emails.... No formal letter was sent, so email was the only way they could communicate the deadline.

All that aside, as taxpayers, I don’t think they can outright say parents cannot register after the deadline.

They dropped the ball.
