#1. Plan ahead dont ever count on the government. They are literally going on vacation during a "crisis."

#2. Get a side job. A lot of Americans think they are above certain work. Guess what youre not and with the AI age coming you have to take what you can get.

Yes, I know this because my family and I have been doing it for a very long time. Actually if we make $400 a week, that's a great week. We survive, but that is it. And that's just barely survive.
So maybe we will be better off because we know how to survive on very little.

We have been living off 400 bucks for months. Mostly food and gas, we haven’t bought new clothes in a long time. You can make it if you have very few bills.

Get a used car and pay it off. That means cheaper insurance. Get a flip phone. Or if you want an iPhone then ditch cable and anything extra since phones can do a lot and offer entertainment. If you don’t have tv you don’t really miss it. Check out dvds from the library if you want to watch something.

Most people have favorite clothes and only wear them leaving many clothes hanging in the closet that are never worn. We don’t need that much.

My disability check is less than that and I have had to survive on it for many years, in one of the most expensive places to live in the country

Where do you live Alabama? Average rent in a normal state is well over 1500 a month for one bedroom.
