You are referring to Dr Bruce Peret, who was listed as one of David Wilcock's top insiders - better known as Montauk Daniel.

I have the book Dr Bruce had printed. It’s very dense though. I used to follow his work, but he was one of those cryptic types that likes to hint how much he knows without saying much. I 100% believe he knew a lot, but he wasn’t very open with it. I think he was afraid to tell the truth.

It’s a shame he died, especially before really sharing what he knew. While he was dying, he said he was working on a paper about how magic used to work in the old days, but he wasn’t well enough to finish it.

His papers are worth downloading and reading but you’ll see what I mean when you read them. Ultimately I prefer the type of teacher who will just tell you the information without working so hard to wrap it in riddles.
