Ok I asked.. yes the satellites can start coming down as the Magnetic reversal is in it's early beginning. there WERE a LOT OF dead satellites up there which could cause a lot of problems years ago and I was aware of that.. of them hitting each other.. and starting chain reactions. the great majority of these have been removed.. or brought down.. some of them.
