I think we are flying through space. It's either that, or we are all keeping along with the flow of traffic.

It's the things WE are moving TOWARD or THROUGH

If an asteroid is stationary we're still moving towards it at that speed.

Hehe, it could be why they seem to miss so many because most of our instruments are designed to spot stuff that is in motion.

So things like asteroid belts or what not that are moving with the entire system but still in a "stationary" orbit , probably appear to mesh in with other starts and tend to get overlooked.

I had an experience driving right next to an asteroid on a levee between 6 & 7 years ago. It was about 100' from teh car going in the same direction as me and one other fellow at 2am cst. It had that meteor blue hot burn pulsating vibration going. Absolutely gorgeous and it hit the lake.

Truly a once in a lifetime experience.

I had seen a short article where it said the asteroid
would be closest over Australia at its closest approach
but not sure if that is the case right now.

Also wondered how long Astro's telescope can follow this
thing?

I think he wrote his own tracking program, got him into NASA

I am concerned , I remember a Farsight remote viewing that spoke of an asteroid plunging into the ocean and creating a huge tsunami that hits Sydney.
