I know OP...I'm getting it too...higher pitch frequency ringing off and on for the past several months. I do sense it but have no idea what it is. God knows what shit is going on. Nothing surprises me at this point.

i have been playing with ways to identify this. i have a vibration i feel that goes with it. best i can tell it is around the pitch of music note E if i compare it to music for me. i also discovered last night i can match the sound with a ac tone tracer meter by touching the probe to my wrist. all of us in the house seem to have a little different measurement by the tone it gives off, maybe body size or salt content in each body effects it. i still do not know what it is, but it seems to be able to show proof it is there. i just do not know what i am measuring.

due to my spouses profession we have meters for things i do not understand so i have been playing with all of them, i do not know what they are named or intended to be used to do so i am sure i am using them in ways they were not intended. so if i find something that does something i think is relevant i have to go ask what is this thing intended to do? how does it work? the simple answer for the ac tonner is that it amplifies sound that it can detect from anything conductive.
