Similar situation in north Idaho. Our small town U=haul has about twelve trucks parked there, dropped off by people who have moved into town recently -- they usually have two or three trucks parked. A woman I know just moved up here from California at the beginning of the month, into a half million dollar house she bought sight unseen. I know three other families moving into town. The market is booming....

I've long thought the great western interior of our nation was our saving grace in so many ways. Largely conservative, full of common sense, family values, and people that just want to be left alone.

I know of a person from California trying to buy property in Montana.

Not having the best of luck with the locals there.

This person is by far not a liberal, but I can understand why people from neighboring mountain states are refusing to sell to outsiders.

There's a writerberg who promoted migration to change the demographics of those states to turn them into blue shitholes.

 

They have been coming to Montana for several years, but it has accelerated now.
Most of the bigger cities like Billings, Missoula, Kalispell, etc. are already invaded by the liberal commies.

I'm from Idaho and can tell you by traveling and talking to people in all western states this is happening. In fact we're down in St. George UT. right now and there is a housing boom, yep more CA. plates than any other here.

We downsized 5 years ago and bought an old farm house on small acreage and it has tripled in "value" due to the California invasion. I don't see it stopping anytime soon.

HELL they are buying up everything that comes up forsale here in southern Oregon. Its insane I hate it they ruined their f'n state now they blow in here and bring their bs liberalism with them. I did get a huge laugh out of one incident in a high end neighborhood here a new californian had the balls to put up a Biden sign in his yard, within a week the entire neighborhood had Trump signs everywhere. The funny part is the Biden sign disappeared apparently the new neighbor learned a little lesson. Your in TRUMP country big time.

I totally despise this Flood of califorians they are dump have no clue about having to be somewhat self sufficient to live here as we dont' have the services they are use to. They buy livestock with no clue as to how to take care of them or keep them fenced.. livestock suffers its infuriating to watch.

I’m as conservative as anyone and have been planning for ten years to retire in montana but locals would rather blame “outsiders” than admit they raised a bunch of libtard millennials.
