I'm doing much better since that first week after the election....well, save for Monday when I got the classic and hugely irritating runaround from the IRS. Still no Stimulus pay for me. I'll probably be waiting another four months for that check....if not four years.

I had the week off work last week. They thought it was some kind of "punishment," they telling us if we didn't come to the meeting we wouldn't be able to work until my boss got back in town, which was 10 days later for me.

That was fine with me, I got so much done!....


Oh, also CosmicFire gave me a new phone for my birthday! I just ordered it yesterday, and I can't wait to get it next week. It's a beauty with three different cameras in it!....heh, it's also going to likely put me over the top of my tax write offs so I won't have to sit bawling like a baby in front of my tax preparer again. My gawd, that was so embarrassing.

I'm going to be celebrating turkey day alone. My son invited me over, but I declined. I just want to stay home this year. I bought the smallest turkey I could find, just under 8 pounds.


I suppose I'm doing alright....heh, I'm still alive, so yeah!

I'll tell ya what though, if Biden is put into office, I am never going to vote again....and he will NEVER be my President. I registered to vote because of Trump vs Clowntown in 2016, he's the only person that has ever compelled me to vote. I do so despise most politicians.

I hope all you Americans can find the way to make your Thanksgiving Day a good one, given all the COVID mess....my Governor shut down 12 grocery stores due to it (so I've read), right before Thanksgiving. I don't think one of them is in my area, but I'm good to go on my food stores. I could last a coupla months with what food I have stored.

I am a very sensitive and empathetic person but I acknowledge a few simple facts for keeping positive and finding the silver linings in during these worrisome times. I have found anew the love and joy from being in semi-isolation with my family and friends which with our busy lives sometimes is taken for granted.

Struggling tonight. I feel heavy and weepy and I’m using all my tools to ground myself but I can’t shake this. I hate times like these. I feel something wicked/evil is going on around me and I can’t identify it or control it. This doesn’t happen often but I am so uncomfortable when it does. Good vibes or suggestions appreciated.

I think I am just discovering that I am an empath. Absorbing negative (and positive) energy from my friends and family is really starting to make sense to me looking back at my life so far. And I have struggled with anxiety mainly due to letting things inside build up and not resolving certain responsibilities/tasks/desires. I'm already getting advice from friends and family and I feel like I am on a good path forward now. I really do just need to practice skills to help cope with not getting overwhelmed by what is going on in the world, and what is going on in my friends and family's lives.

There used to a division between magnetic and electrical bodies. This has been replaced by electro-magnetic bodies. You just have to transition into it.

One thing I feel like I have learned recently is when people take out their anger directly on me, it may actually be okay to absorb that negative energy as long as a do something with it rather than bottle it up inside. I feel like I have the ability to convert negative energy into positive energy and this is a general sense that I have had since I was a child but never pursued trying to learn how to control it due to our ultra competitive and ultra scientific society. If true, I am hoping to control this ability better. Does anyone have any tips on how to convert negative energy into positive energy? I would also like to send that positive energy back into the world... primarily back to the people who sent me negative energy.

Also, anyone familiar with Robert Monroe? Ever since the CIA vault released the assessment on the gateway experience, I have been more interested in this stuff and listened to some of the Audio tapes.. there is something about an energy conversion box that I think could be useful for me to try. But I’m thinking I may want to start off with reading Monroe’s published books first which I think could help me understand the ‘process’ better.
