Food with Attitude!

Great, I was going to ask if you got an email. We were finally able to go to the post office this morning.

I got a late start on dinner as we had a lot of errands to run this afternoon.

I am baking chicken breasts in the oven now. I marinated them overnight in:

1/4 c lime juice
1/4 c olive oil
2 T honey
2 T liquid smoke
1/2 t chili powder.

I found the recipe online a while back. I think it's supposed to be a copy cat of a fast food grilled chicken sandwich marinade, although I can't remember where.

She's very happy with it. Dinner sounds great and I assume the truck is back and working now.

I'm trying to figure out how to send you and Mr. a purchased Season One of Resident Alien in HD so I emailed support.

They sent a reply email stating they will call me tomorrow during business hours to resolve this for me.

Interestingly enough when I was in the online UTub support it stated my account already has rights to download anything to SD or thumb drive if I want to watch it on a TV without an Internet connection.

Obviously you put the thumbdrive in the TV jack USB jack to watch.

This is "Firefly" level production, acting, and writing.

It was filmed about 30 miles from Lance' former Island home.

They make fun of liberals throughout the show. 'Mayor snowflake' and 'Karen' buying coffee at Starbucks are only two examples.

Season Two was already greenlit by Sci-Fi so they are soon beginning a Season Two that takes place in the summer.

Many things are not necessary.

Many things are insignificant, but can bring a smile, laugh, and joy to another.

And that makes them necessary.

So far some idiot in India took my support request.

He says HD isn't available on laptops and only some TV's support it.

So I sent him a screenshot of the free preview showing the selections available all the way up to 1080i and a screen shot showing the purchased season of the show is only selectable up to 480.

I asked he escalate the issue to someone else.

I'll never hear back from him and I will likely need to cancel the Utub purchase behind him.

And in the meantime as I work this morning I again have it playing for 'ambience' and I heard another song from it and found it.

Hhhmmmm... in technical terms my agency is an ISP.

A twenty minute download at home only takes about thirty seconds in my office that I have not worked in for fourteen months.

Maybe my cellular network connection really is too slow to download the purchased version it even though 4K UHD works just fine on the TV or laptop. I may need to drive to Richmond this weekend and check.

We made it home unscathed from the scary city!

We are going to doctor up some frozen pizzas for dinner.

Chili cheese fries here at our house tonight.

Mrs. made a roast [it must be five pounds, we will never eat that much] for lupper, and I've not yet had it. I asked her to wait; she cooked it seven hours ago and left it out so it is dead.

I'll slice some in a while for dinner.

While it seems counter-intuitive and counter cost-saving I have asked her to buy the smallest single portion sizes of everything yet she is incapable of doing that simple task.

I would rather buy one-half pound of something at $15.00 a pound and know nothing goes to waste. That costs a total of $7.50 for that item.

She will buy eight pounds of something at $5.00 a pound because it is 'cheaper'. We then eat one-half pound of it and then rest goes into the trash. That costs a total of $40.00 for that item.

It makes my brain melt. She wastes our money indiscriminately when I tell her repeatedly "Buy the smallest damned portion of every item you purchase."

Almost everything she buys winds up in the trash. She will not eat what I cook because she wants crap I wouldn't feed a dog or cat.

And she can't cook so it is a rare day I can eat anything she makes. I have cooked my own meals for twenty years.

I want to return this life for a refund.

Yeah, that doesn't make any sense. She's not only wasting, but still costing you more money. Frustrating for you, I'm sure.

Mr only buys small packs of potato salad as he is the only one that eats it. Even if the bigger one is on sale, there is no point.

Sometimes, I will buy larger packs, for instance chicken breast if it's on sale. I can break it down into smaller packages & freeze it.

I boiled the few ounces of it that I sliced off paper thin, in a pan with water and a beef bullion cube for twenty minutes and ate it with broccoli and one quarter of a baked potato.

'Busy day. worked from 6:10 AM to 11:15 PM with about an hour and fifteen minute break at 5:00 PM.

I'm mentally exhausted and need to wander far away...
