one day, your "ability" to type 85wpm will slow.....you'll become slower, sicker and if you get down in the hole deep enough, you will lose every person you love....

I drank daily and to excess for almost 15 years. It's called ALCOHOLISM.

I have been sober 3 years and am slowly getting my brain back......kind of. I was an artist, medical professional and had lots of friends and family.

I almost died of liver failure and got a felony for resisting arrest when I finally decided to get help. I was underweight, yellow and pretty much insane. (My liver was shutting down and I had high ammonia levels) I was in my 50's.
by the time I decided to stop, my liver was damaged, I was (and still am) prone to seizures and am friendless. I am not longer judged by my personality, talents and intelligence...oh no...people have LONG memories and still think of any action I make as being from within a beer bottle.....even 3 years after I spent 30 days in an inpatient rehab facility....it was my THIRD attempt at sobriety.

I won't mention the other health problems I STILL have....and I "only" drank 4 to 8 beers a day.....

I have NO questions for you because I have already been there.

Personally, I would not BRAG about your alcoholism.

And then it ends up being Covid that gets ya! Should've stayed pickled.

It's not the old west where there's literally nothing better to do.

You have the internet.

You have books.

There's no reason to get drunk every day.
