I've spent a lot of time in Texas in the past. There's some great people there and some not so great people there. Just like most places. But what is happening there now is a real tragedy. And they are not prepared for shit like this. Its not normal. There is no infrastructure there to deal with extremely low temperatures. So, of course, they're having a difficult time dealing with it.
