It not in their rights to do so, also if it over steps the Bill of Rights it not in congresses rights or part of the duty. The people have rights to not go by any bill against our right. We do not have to allow a gov of ours to cause the people to be after of them. It called against the constitutional laws. The Bill of Rights are part of the constitution and there for a reason, to keep the gov from messing with our God given right it is a warning to those elected to stay in your duties not in others.
