THERMONUCLEAR: CDC finally admits that the Pandemic was indeed a Hoax

In Ontario, Canada, 10 active-duty cops and five retired cops have launched a lawsuit in Ontario Superior Court claiming that the provincial COVID laws breach the Charter of Rights and Freedoms and the Constitution Act and thus force them to breach their oath to uphold the Constitution while enforcing the laws.

The officers also claim that masks, lockdowns and other restrictions not only breach the Charter as well, but are not based on science and are harmful.

They also argue that the province cannot pass and enforce laws that violate the Charter and the Constitution because they are beyond the powers of the province to do so, and that the ‘notwithstanding clause’ doesn’t apply because the pandemic at its current level does not constitute an actual emergency.

As an aside, it’s worth noting that not even the federal government can impair the freedoms of Canadians beyond a minimal level without breaching the Charter and the Constitution.

They also claim that the current cycle thresholds of 43 - 45 for the PCR tests used to detect coronavirus infections generate a false positive rate of 96.5%, and further, that the PCR tests are unsuitable as a tool for diagnosis.

If the officers win their case, then all the lockdowns and other restrictions allegedly aimed at halting the spread of COVID in Ontario go bye-bye. Other provinces will have to follow suit because of the precedent set by the case. This will also cause a tsunami of lawsuits from people who lost their businesses or jobs due to unjustified COVID lockdowns.

However, the lawyer who filed the suit on behalf of the police officers believes it’s unlikely that it will be heard before autumn. By then, the majority of Canadians may have been vaccinated and the lockdowns and other restrictions will have been dropped. This way, the federal and provincial governments will be able to escape having to publicly admit they were at fault.

On the other hand, I think there is a very real risk that the Ontario Superior Court will say they have no jurisdiction to try the Charter-related issues in the suit and refer it to the Supreme Court of Canada. What this means is that it will take a donkey’s age to deal with the case, and provincial governments will be free to continue violating civil rights under the guise of controlling a pandemic.

This case could be historically important. Break out the popcorn, kids, the show is about to get really interesting.

For Premier Doug Ford in Ontario, this is another dumpster fire in the making.

Thats fine. I know a bunch of people who "tested positive" and had zero symptoms. That was the problem with the PCR tests...people testing positive when they didnt have the virus. It put our "infection rate" through the roof.

Then there are people like me, who can accept the fact that there is a virus. You have the virus when you show symptoms, just like every other virus that ever was. I can also accept that our governments, scientists and corporations would use such a situation to execute control upon the masses...perhaps inflate numbers to cause fear or panic that would subsequently give those in power an excuse to take more.....

Oh but, there is a new agenda in play, the talking points have to change....they want everyone vaccinated ASAP, so its time to deflate the numbers.

PCR is not a TEST, it is a process and should NOT be used to diagnose infection. The inventor of PCR, Kari Mullis, himself even said so!
