at a bit of a tangent from that report and not wishing to derail the thread but more like trying to support the thread...2 years ago I was 57 and I was taken to hospital with an agressively inflamed gall bladder, I collased at home and rushed to hospital, when I got to Accident and Emergency, I had a note clipped to both me and the clipboard at the foot of the bed, I was out of it and my daughter picked it u some 2 hours later. I had a DNR notice pinned to me....DO NOT RESUSCITATE
There was fucking hell on no one claimed responsibility

That was the fear here too... my oldies falling too ill and having to be left at the mercy of the NHS. One of my friends didnt make it. He dared to try and remove his oxygen mask. Syringe full of sedatives... tubed... drugs... and dead.

I think we need to be admitted with documents stuck to our chest.. signed by a lawyer, or mafia boss, saying I DO NOT CONSENT TO EUTHANASIA.
