I'm Glad I Went to School in the 80's & 90's... Biden Wants to Add FOUR More Years to Public School.

I graduated the last year of relative sanity. I was class of 2000. There's countless threads on here that are odes of joy to the life of the 60s, 70s, 80s, and 90s.

It's all so fucked up now. I remember when my Dad told me about his life in the 50s and 60s growing up and it didnt seem to much different. A sign we grew up in a similar setting.

But when I tell my kids the differences from now and when I was in school, a difference of only 2 decades, they can't compute it. A sign how much the world has changes since 9/11 and how much faster this NWO crap has been accelerated.

In my opinion, you’re doing the right thing by homeschooling your little one. I currently homeschool my 3 children & it’s hands down, the absolute best decision I’ve ever made. No regrets whatsoever!

took all the AP stuff i could and walked into college with a bunch of credits not having to take any of the liberal arts stuff...

majored in hard science..no propaganda at that time, just engineering physics, calculus, chemistry and engineering.

Of course the fake president wants to extend schooling. DIMocrats love nothing better than immature irresponsible people dependent upon the gov't. They want kids to go from depending upon Mom and Dad to dependent on Uncle Sam. That way, the gov't will control a person from birth to death. Biteme and his cohorts want everyone on food stamps, welfare,etc.

Example:

Citizen- "I really don't feel comfortable having my children vaccinated."
Gov't - "It's your choice, however, you will not be able to send your child to school, take your child to the doctor, or receive any type of gov't assistance."

I took 5 weeks of college. Technically I graduated with good grades. (It was a summer performance course).

I even have something that looks like a diploma. Works for me!

How about we stop taking 12 years to teach kids 5 years worth of education. No child left behind bs, lift up the lowest common denominator. There is your problem. Smart kids are bored and dumb kids still can’t keep up.

I was in the gifted and talented program in school because my IQ was at the entry level for the program I believe. I was also in every band in school. We all just screwed around and even took a Florida Disney vacation that was supposed to be "educational" because of Epcot center. The teacher eventually got fired but we had a blast.

I just checked and the requirement now is an IQ of 95. I thought it was 120. 95 is below average technically.

I guess everyone is gifted and talented now.

CLose all the schools.

Kids can learn at their OWN PACE from online self paced education programs. Watch the lecture, do the homework, take the test.
No cheating on the test, no giving passing grades to the jocks because they might take you to state.

No grading curves based on blackness or wokeness, or having 3 genders.

No more extorting billions from the homeowners in the area to pay communist indoctrination programs and to build arenas for a privileged few to play on the football or basketball team.

Learn, or don't learn. Computers are almost free. And you either learn the material and pass the tests or you don't.

Online Zoom classes allow for the active participation sessions.
If you want to flirt with the cute girl, you have to send her a text message. No more ink wells. :)
If you are a bully and want to wail on some weaker kid, too bad. Hunt him down like the other psychopaths in society have to.

Libraries are online these days.

If the kiddies want to give each other lice, scabies and measles, they have to go to each other's houses.

And if someone wants to shoot at the kiddies, well, too bad.

School... is closed... forever....



Oh yeah, and we save by not buying and maintaining a fleet of a million school buses, that do nothing but clog up the fuckin roads for the rest of the people that are trying to earn a living or pursue their happiness.

I don’t think they want to start them sooner, although back then pre-K was considered optional while today I think pre-K is pretty much mandatory... or at least more people today enroll their young kids into pre-K. Back then no really did that crap.

I think this is just a plan to keep “adult children” children for a bit longer. 18yr olds aren’t seen as adults anymore, a 25 year old is still called a “kid.” Raising the drinking ages and statutes to higher numbers is proof of this. There was a thread here a few months ago with a link about raising the sexual age of consent somewhere in the mid-20s

“I don’t wanna grow up, I’m a Toys-R-Us kid”.... that was really prophetic... aside from Toys-R-Us going bankrupt and liquidating all its assets, but that’s for another thread lol.

If you lower the bar to make everyone "feel good" then everyone stops trying as hard.

Going to school longer won't help, it will just prolong the waste of time.

Besides the government indoctrination to make us all good little workers, school (used to be) how you learned how to be responsible and socialize with others.

Having everyone avoid contact with other people is just going to make an already anti-social generation even worse.
