Or is it Spanish for two boxes? Dos Boxes lol Yep. Spanish twins with voluptuous lips, curvy hips and raven hair with red bows in. Don't know if they'd like being referred to as 'boxes' but hey what do I know lol I could say "oh crap! Sorry I meant boca!" But that's mouth. I don't think it's an improvement. *ponders voluptuous lips* Shall I show myself out? No. But if there was a giant gong, I'd bang it. I wish to hear the sighs. It's kinda like putting a puzzle together. Only this puzzle reeks of obsolete, failing technology. And rage. And possibly parts/firmware/software that did not or perhaps ever will exist! SuperfunHappyTimes! I'm actually curious about this project though. I enjoy making things work well with ageing parts or repairing things instead of throwing away. I remember when a wee teen my flight stick (very important for use with Top Gun: Fire At Will (poor Will)) began to fail, I took it apart, cut and twisted wires, cleaned out button bits and used no small amount of tape. Worked for years. Also some other Frankenstein work over the years. My 10yr old GFX card has just recently been retired, it had tape holding wonky fan in place to prevent spin up :D Coz reasons, probably. Elea tel'Taur GDMD |

Lots of swearing and finally getting everything put back together and then finding that one piece that he forgot. Hilarity ensues. lol, I've an Uncle that is known for taking many things apart. But can he put them back together? lol One day.. back in 1974, when I was in High School, my ceramics class was next to the auto shop. That year, they were taking apart an engine to a GTO 1969. To get to my class, we had to walk past the auto shop, where the 'Bad Boys' worked on their engines and made fun of the other students. One day, after they had taken the engine apart, I had to walk through the auto shop to get to the other side of the building. Since no one was there, I stopped and took a look at how far they had gotten with the engine. All of the nuts and bolts were in one of the cans next to the torn apart engine. Okay.. I can see what they are doing. Not touching anything, I continued through the shop and out the other side. Next day, I did the same thing. Arrived early and went through the shop to get to the other side of the building. However, this time, I dropped three matching bolts into the can and then kept walking. Two weeks later the Bullies had finally put the engine back together again... however they had three left over bolts. Looking at the bolts and then at the engine.. they tore it apart again to find out where they missed putting the bolts in. They were too busy and stress out to give anyone a bad time for almost a month... Yep.. they can put it back together again... working with Positive Thoughts will result in Positive Outcomes. |
