The grinding noise it makes can be heard over the loud speaker. So I called my friend about half mile away. Nothing by him. I'm wondering if this was a dry run. About 10-15 years ago in brooklyn the cops rode around with their lights on and telling people over the loud speaker to stay indoors bc they are spraying for west Nile virus. |

On the neighborhood website, multiple ppl said they heard it, felt it, saw a flash in the sky. I dont imagine this stuff. I'm very sensitive to it. Those people in the streets of NY running for their lives didnt turn around to take photos of the big dust cloud coming behind them.And in a big city, nobody with a brain goes out at night and starts taking photos unless they have a death wish. We dont have a tv or our phones in the bedroom. Many of our friends dont either, its very disturbing and we arent glued to them like some people, mostly juveniles are.
