I been studying herbs for many years. I have poke tincture that's 15 years old. Anyway I'll share my latest info that is controversial but from my study and experience is something I'll try again.

Right now I'm on day 5 of the whole process.

First I'll start of with how I came to these findings. I was researching about fibroids. I found that not only Castor oil packs work ( testimonials) but tried a tampon soaked in it inserted for 24 hours.

Then I came across yoni pearls. The key to this is soaking them in water first and then in coconut oil.
