I feel like you are in Oklahoma. May 1999 rings a bell with me... Anyway, the first thought that came to my mind when reading your post was this...stop eating food with MSG in it...that's what was causing all of my panic attacks before I stopped. What do you think? |

User ID: 80939124 Canada 10/05/2021 12:57 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Had three panic attacks this past week. Quoting: EyeSurvived2020 Numbness and tingling on my left side, especially my arm. Crazy fatigue. A vertigo-like dizziness at times. During the panic attacks, all the textbook symptoms. Excessive sweating, rapid heart beat, feelings of depersonalization and out of body experiences, shortness of breath. Have dealt with being an empath all my life. Sometimes it manifest in physical ways. In 1999, I was sick to my stomach and ill. Went home sick from school, even with no fever or symptoms of a bug. Just felt off. Our area had one of its deadliest tornado outbreaks that night. Killed a lot of people in our county and one county over. Not sure what I'm asking here. Am I feeling the collective anxiety of our country, the world, before something terrible happens? Or do I need to get a check up? Which I know I'm long overdue for? Probably due for a checkup. Wish it was that. But I don't eat any fast food or take out. Pretty much cook 7 days a week. Diet is on point. Haven't eaten at a restaurant since 2019. Probably 6 years since I had fast food or Chinese take out. Grew up in south GA. We had a tornado outbreak that night that was as destructive as anything the area had seen in almost a century. A EF3 missed our house by about 8 miles to our north. |

Soy protein isolate? MSG. Carageenan? MSG. There's a list of like 50 or more. They synthesize it using different elements so they don't have to put it on the label as MSG. It's a workaround. Unless you are eating from scratch look out. Also, think about food dyes. They make my daughter literally go insane. Especially blue and yellow. Super toxic. |

Wow, I've read things about the hidden MSG. I'm not taking any supplements at the moment with whey or soy protein. I used to drink whey protein back in the day when I lifted. Might not be 100% from scratch, but the diet is pretty close. Now while I am prone to panic attacks (my mother had them often and was medicated all her adult life for them), I've never experienced them as frequently and as strong as I've dealt with the past few days. Three real bad ones in the past five days. Last Edited by EyeSurvived2020 on 10/05/2021 01:27 AM |

(OP) User ID: 79210962 United States 10/05/2021 02:51 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | When i first felt dizzy it was two years ago . I work construction and took 4 months off one winter just to work out and tune out the world. I ate perfect and worked out but woke up one day dizzy. I went to RN school before so i just wanted my labs done but they required a dr visit. She got my labs back and said everythings ok so like um yeah good luck. I went to my chiropractor and she fixed me right up i had a pinched nerve in my neck and she even popped my skull bone. I must have smacked my head on scaffolding. Also shes into other stuff. Kinda like hypnosis but not. I had 2 uncles die from brain aneurism on moms side and another that had one but got it fixed. So subconsciously i was freaking out thinking i had that. I left feeling amazing. When an hour earlier i was almost in tears driving there having a panic attack. Also she gave me some supplements. I take them everyday. If i been working alot I take them in the morning and sounds crazy but i can feel the nutrients or energy like going up my neck 10 minutes after i take them. So try a chiropractor who does contact reflex analysis. Its a little pricey. They can tend to push alot of vitamins.I always look at the pros and cons of everything. But she saved me and she helped my mom when dr thought she was crazy. My dad even doubted her and she said ok come here. She hits pressure points while you hold your arm up lightly. Then if your arm falls it tells her whats wrong. she told my dad you've had a heat stroke. then she said one two three and his arm fell again on three. oh you've had three heat strokes. Dad looked at my mom like you told her that but she didn't so she gave him some vitamins. He don't sweat enough and overheats. Once we were finishing concrete in july and i literally pulled him off the concrete and he continued to move his arm like he was finishing concrete and repeating the same sentence over and over for hours. So he takes his vitamins and he's fine. Might be worth looking into. Quoting: Tone Loc Definitely going to look into this. Had a bike accident in 2014 that left me with two slightly bulging discs in my lower back. Maybe there is a compressed nerve that is throwing me off. Whatever this is has been aggravated over the last week. Haven't been to a chiropractor since 2015. Gotta follow up on that. The settlement in the lawsuit still allows for visits. In a weird way, I hope it's related to that. If it's empath stuff, that's not good for any of us. |
