This law doesn't allow for exception for rape or incest. So is it ok for the victims to suffer twice?

So giving birth and therefore life is suffering? Ever heard of adoption? I know a few people who would gladly rear a baby and love them. They can't conceive themselves, but are loving, stable, financially straight, and moral.

The solution you suggested is very viable, however, who are we to decide for the victim? (And yes for many, pregnancy and birth are painful and can cause suffering.) Maybe they don't consider that a option for them. Should they be forced to allow their body to be changed from pregnancy by carrying their rapist's baby? Maybe they can't carry if it would be medically risky for them.

I don't know the answer, but unless you are willing to put your personal money and time where you mouth is and raise said child who are any of us to decide for another?

I could be wrong... don't believe I am. So the answer to horror, hate, and abuse is to kill? Yeh, my life choices late 90s sucked ass, but even I have eyes to see. Plus for 13 years I was married to an M.D. not that it matters. It does as far as establishing the quality of my social circle and friends for 13 years.

It is entirely anecdotal but none of the M.D.s I knew believed in abortion. There are so many couples out there that WANT to be parents, REGARDLESS of the manner of conception.

If your heart is so full of SELFISHNESS and HATRED that you cannot let a new life be fully born and then be cared for, well, I don't know what to say. I do, but I'll try and be classy and refrain.

Don't care about the manner of conception. A life is born. Don't have to love it, nourish it, feed it (except in vitro), want it, care for it, or rear it.

Many others will do that.

Can't you see? It is LIFE.

LIFE, especially INNOCENT LIFE should NOT be extinguished due to CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND THAT BABY'S CONTROL.
