Just remove osha from your state. Make it illegal for them to operate in the state. When they break state law throw them under the prison.

Federal and state laws are two different things. Just because you are legal doing something federally doesnt mean its legal by state law.

special session to make it illegal for anyone in the state to act on federal authorization without the state governors approval and a special public vote. Make it a 1st degree felony punishable by life in prison.
