In hindsight, it's better I never got involved in the Rosicrucian stuff.
Quoting: Thorbulla “AMORC” isn’t Rosicrucian. Or I should say: and never was. Max Heindel’s, Rudolf Steiner’s, and Arnold Krumm-Heller’s groups may have at least had a connection to the original Rosicrucian stream.... But none of those really embraced the eastern elements nearly as much as the highly disregarded Crowley which everyone seems to disparage but never actually read let alone use to help real development or initiation. It's almost like glp only talks about certain topics to further ensure as many people as possible reinforce their laziness and disinfo. Crowley has a writing about the highest ritual involves the sacrifice of a young male virgin, his followers try to shrug it off as an "allegory" besides calling himself "666 the Great Beast" which is a bit grandiose considering most never heard of him. His Tarot is among the best though & he did have extensive occult background but seemed misled by a materialist perspective.
