I don't know the situation there, but locally there are 10x more jobs listing being posted daily than I have ever seen.

Those companies that discriminate are REALLY going to struggle replacing those workers, with so many other options available now. Wages are going up naturally as well... without forced minimum wage increase

Correct. I hated the place anyways. I was only hanging on for the paycheck. I do have people on my larger team always pushing the vax in meetings. They ask you if your vaxxed. They corner you, tell you are stupid if you don't get it. I'm just tired of it all

I know the feeling. I was working remote as a software engineer and the government lab where I worked for 16.5 years told me I had to get vaccinated in November. Good luck trying to find a job that doesn't want to jab you. I have turned in 100 applications and only had 2 interviews and the jab requirement comes up. They usually state something like we have government contracts so it is mandatory before we hire you.

I was at a little fuel station yesterday and somehow the subject of mandates came up. The manager mentioned she was quitting if they are implemented.

Not less than 10 people in line piped up in complete agreement and said they would be quitting their jobs too.

This is in the very liberal democrat blue state of New Mexico. I was honestly surprised. There was no lie in their faces. They were serious.

I'm now thinking that the potential fallout of such a mandate could be more catastrophic than even the best analysts realized.

People are angry. Really angry.

from my understanding OP is working in Nuclear Power Plant i might be wrong but if that is the case USA is far beyond the saving .

They just want to do it. The documents state recent "legislation" from Bidens EO. Problem is Executive orders are not legislation... The level of lying is insane.

Hey buddy. All we have left is hope.. Buy as much time as possible and hope we get to the other side of this. They are pulling back a little now because, i believe the booster is killing too fast and people are starting to notice. I believe sooner or later they can't hide it anymore. Then we can return to society, or what's left of it.

So now you have seen the level of evil behind what's going on. Make sure you get yourself settled in a location conducive to long haul survival near other like minded people. Things are going to go downhill fast now, it's going to be more difficult than most living people can imagine. Surviving will be the new full time employment. Preserve your family, your bloodline, if possible. You will have much to contribute in the years to come.
