Tell him you know a GLP user who took those "worthless" cryptos and exchanged them for over $8 million dollars worth of gold, silver, real estate, cash and paid off all his debts, and his family's debts, too.

Ask him how that is "worthless."

Unfortunately he's not. Same is being said by two individuals I know. It was stated that the only way for Crypto to survive in the USA is if the American people revolt and win. It was also stated if they do, they will collapse all and cause the American people to fight one another until a certain level of digression is achieved so they can comeback in and restore monetary control and dominance just as in the past.

They laughed at the look on my face. I was giving them the "you guys are retards" look.

We are all sorta old now and are worried for not only ours but all the children.

I not one to propagate the immature doom scenario but, it was directly stated that they will never have a life remotely similar to what we had.

He is correct. 99% will not survive regulations, in the US at least. At the current rate of coin offerings it could be 99.9% by the time that happens.

Anybody that thinks Pootoken and rugpulltoken are going to survive the US Congress and Liz Warren is out of their mind.

Short term you can make money on whatever you wish. I've made lots of money on garbage.

In the long term regulations will eliminate tokens that do not meet some ISO or UL type licensing. The capital and expertise required to meet these standards will prohibit most entrants to the market.

It's no different than the old financial system. They increase barriers to entry and create onerous regulations. The make you be a "qualified investor" with exorbitant capital requirements to invest in initial coin offerings. They lock out the retail investor.

If you're in the US you should already know who's running the show or have a fairly good idea. The rich, the bankers, the Fed, the SEC who are as corrupt an agency as the FBI, and tech. They don't want you playing on the same field as them. They have their own plans and those plans are the same as always, to keep you down and them up.

Long term bets are all going to be certified (somehow) UTILITY tokens. Don't forget the utility part. Do some research on those types and you'll probably find one or two you think have a bright future.

If you think that the nwo is going to win you're only hope of preserving any of your wealth is privacy coins.

They can confiscate any material possessions they wish, they can't stop nor find whomever transacts with privacy coins like DERO.

Communist countries like Cuba have a totally separate black market, you can get what you need without the government.

In the short most all useless cryptos will die, however btc is going nowhere but into institutions wallets - so if you've got some hold it.

Clearly something is up. My hope is that it is not as bad as what is being shared. Maybe some leadership will arise in communities.

Whatever unfolds, I remind myself to do my best and live by my integrity. I’m not getting out of here alive so my plan is to plant strong seeds of sovereignty for future generations. p.s. the crypto situation is complicated. Blockchain and digital currency are not going away. It is the future. But like with most tools it can be used to build prison walls or take down prison walls. It is vital for humanity to create balance and share resources so people can live and contribute to building for our future.

However those who hold the most resources now want to maintain their hold. They feed off our adoration and work. Ultimately humans are the resource and they want those who remain in corrals being good followers. Servants. Slaves.

I like to think that humans are energetic batteries which provides a resource to…not sure. Something.

Sorry if I freaked you out with this. It is important that we see our emotions as a flame in our gut and turn it down so we are not blinded by unseen forces. Otherwise we will end up at each other’s throats. Who/What would that serve?

My father has been telling me 'Bitcoin is not backed by governments and is worhless' since it was $250 per Bitcoin.

He talked me out of a fortune. He is real good at that.

BTC has already been offered some relative clarity by the SEC. BTC by all accounts should still be around for quite some time.

Privacy coins are great if you're where others use them and accept them, but you will never be able to cash those out once regulations hit. All remaining crypto custody options will be licensed as banks and other financial services providers. They almost certainly ban cashing in privacy tokens because of the anti-laundering rules and whatever else they dreamed up.

They have expressed extreme concern with privacy tokens under the guise of Homeland security. BTC has been confiscated before. Privacy tokens can be placed under a seizure order as well, but you can refuse. They could also put you in a cell until you comply.

Maybe not completely worthless but their value is purely speculative based on greater fool theory.

It's clear when you look at whats going on currently in the world. Many people had the wishful thinking that in case of such restrictions like are now pulled on Russia they will switch into Bitcoin - but nothing like this never happened.

Instead they are trading in rubles or yuans and they don't even care about Bitcoin.

This alone can make obvious that Bitcoin never be a global reserve currency. I know it's a bitter pill to swallow for all BTC maxis but this is reality. Nobody takes BTC serious as a gold replacemnt or reserve currency (and pointing at BTC as Salvadors national currency just make the whole situation even more hilarious since China banning BTC and Russia don't even consider it as a currency but "powerful" Salvador goes "all in"...)

I bought bitcoin for my 5 kids around five to six years ago. There is a funny story how that went down. My wife and have purchased others as well though, no longer. These where our only investment into the genre.

Issuing national currency as a blockchain cryptocurrency is highly possible (it's a fact now) but it dosen't change anything in Bitcoin value.

Every man who thinks that people who are in control of central banks will just surrender to Bitcoin is plain stupid.
