What I also mean is that in years gone by, things seemed to be good or getting better in some way. I find these days that everything seems to look negative and bleak. Not pessimistic- realistic.

I was thinking about this when I got up this morning. It has been a hellish year for many of us here and it is easy to sink down into helplessness or depression. Like many I was mandated and lost my job. Living in a small town jobs are scarce and even though I have interviews I detect "Normies" are still a bit scared of employing the unvaccinated.

This morning I got up and thought. This is exactly what they want us to feel - scared, helpless, hopeless. Don't let them win.

In the time you have left make the most of your Life. If you get up feeling down then turn it round! Don't let those Fuckers win!

Today I am taking a little trip down to a local beach. I am going to pick up some smooth stones for my garden and hopefully some seaweed for my compost bin. I am going to have a nice takeaway dinner after months of home cooking. It is the simple things......... each day find a way to make it count.
