Truckstops are the best. 24 hour safe parking with bathroom.

Rest areas are also very nice.

Portable propane powered grill for easy cooking.

Have only gone through 1 and a half small propane tanks in all this time.

Ice is a must, 1.88 at walmart.

Try not to stay at one place, i have been rotating between 3 places eaxh night.

Try not to keep too much food on hand, i have been eating pb and j sandwiches and ramen cups, only cooking 1 real meal per day.

The car living population is nuts, i would guess the real homeless numbers ate much higher than they say.

at least you have a car.

that is much better than me; who is homeless and must go everywhere by foot.
