Well if its bottled water, its basically reverse osmosis and nearly dead, you're best to be taking some mineral supplements, potassium iodide, magnesium selenium copper zinc, we need some minerals. Of course find out what you need and is safe for your conditions and can tolerate, doctor and then alternative views from a good naturapath.

Now the reverse osmosis water that used to be spring water, in the bottles, has been sour tasting lately. So I did a research to discover they are probably our good water off to China but they think we want to drink recycled water from sewage facilities.

That brings up a bunch of problems, ie covid venom, snake venoms, etc.

It's happened to me too! I drink a lot of water and I'm still thirsty and it's not yet hot either.
