I was reading in this thread while the gas pump robbed me. I used my visa in it not even 30 minutes ago.

I hope someone else in Oklahoma responds. I'm east of OKC

I think this ha EVERYTHING to do with DAVOS WEF session that starts tomorrow.

The last time this happened with both VISA & Mastercard was when WEF was meeting in Davos last year.

SOMETHING HUGE is going on I purchased $21 worth of stuff at lowes online this morning. Picked it up. 1 min ago I got an alert my card was declines at lowes for same purchase!

It was on my Paypal Debt Card - I had $25 sitting on it, so used it this morning. That's why it was declined the second time. I just checked, the first charge is still pending. Takes a few days to clear as its Saturday.

Hearing about ATMs being out of cash so maybe the bank run is beginning.

Where are you hearing about the atms?

all Starbucks in LA are down. Cash and App purchases only..

Even Amazon put a DOUBLE HOLD on my Debit Card purchase last week. Never happened before on over 1,000 purchases.
