Second off, how about you go out there and offer to be a property manager for a landlord for free rent for a month, and find out just exactly how much "money they're rolling in?"

In many / most cases, a "landlord" is just someone with a better credit rating than you that can get a mortgage. YOU pay $1000/ mo and trash someone else's property. THEY pay a mortgage, they pay taxes, they pay insurance, they pay utilities, they pay maintenance, they pay legal fees, the list goes on.

THEN you get scumbags that refuse to pay but refuse to leave, then there's the whole costly eviction process. Add to that the eviction moratoriums that so many lazy commie scum have taken advantage of to KEEP their governmenmt dole while telling landlords to fuck off and not pay them their rent. NOW how do you think they're rolling in money, jackass?

Edit to be VERY clear. I think that the cost of housing is ridiculous now, and rents are through the roof - I agree that it's gross. Not true . Im a landscape design installer and know many white landscapers and they all to a tee say mexicans are EXCELLENT for the first couple months . then productivity drops until they reach their actual speed which is .....meh not bad .
