In the House, a simply majority is needed for impeachment. But in the house, a 2/3rd majority is needed to convict. Unless the GOP takes that many total seats, it's not going to happen.This is why impeachment is meaningless. It's incredibly rare to have a super-majority in the senate.

If the GOP takes anything, it is just to fool the masses into thinking they have a choice and elections work. Funny thing is, 95% of the population will fall for it again.
