The time and date in the upper right hand clearly says "07-06-2022 04.03.33 AM" at the time of the explosion/impact. How are you getting 3:33AM from that?

The explosion is odd, there is no big orange fireball that would be noticed if it was some type black powder explosion and there is no bright flash that you would notice if a more powerful explosive device was used.

The camera would have caught someone walking up and planting an IED.

What looks like smoke may actually be granite dust. IMO, Something was launched at the pillar from a distance at a very high speed.

I have a golf-ball cannon we used to play with and launch golf-balls through old appliances, car doors, concrete blocks etc... A few ounces of black powder would send a golf ball miles across the lake.

I would bet someone in that area has a small cannon in the bed of their truck or on a trailer being towed behind a vehicle and launched something at it and scored a direct hit.

They probably practiced the targeting somewhere on the 4th, using fireworks noise as cover for their cannon.
