Jesus came to set men free, not a return to bondage.


ANYTHING you do to gain favor with God is religion.

Going to 'church'. Praying before meals. Giving alms or tithes from each paycheck. Obeying the 'sabbath'. Not going to bars and clubs. Trying to obey the Commandments.

All of these things require human effort and thus are 'religion'. They produce pride in the man.

Only biblical faith pleases God, not religion.

ok, you completely misunderstood me. I am no adherent to any law, except natural law. And that is included in the first two commands as given by Yeshua. The second is the golden rule, do onto others as you would have done onto you...do not infringe on another's free will, love each other as you love yourself.

When you do that, you tame the ego, or *die to yourself.* When the ego is tamed, THEN you are able to follow the first command, or "instruction" .... THEN you are able to listen through your heart. Your heart is your connection to the Creator.... the heart is the seat of your soul and where the "Kingdom" resides.

From the Kingdom within your heart, you have a direct connection to the Creator and can hear the Creator's voice within.

All else is superfluous and becomes egoic attachments.

I have told you several times that Yeshua/Jesus taught under the Old Covenant. That was a covenant of LAW.

WE now live under the New Covenant/New Testament.

The bible clearly states that no one can be declared righteous through obedience to the Law.

Study those two covenants and I'm sure you'll see that legalism and Law keeping and Commandment keeping is not 'the Way' that Jesus/Yeshua taught. He buried those people under the Law.
