Unless their leases are expiring its against the law. Again I have not raised my rents which I sometimes think it maybe why I have deadbeats. They dont have to be more ambitious. Who knows? Im selling out soon so its not my problem anymore. I made more money on the values of the apartments then rent.

I dont blame you. Traveling is not the greatest right now, but sometimes its even easier than before with so little people on planes. I have more trouble coming back to the US than anywhere else. The USA is toast!

I am grateful, my subject wasnt against tenants as bad people, it just seems that most people have no desire for life in any way. Maybe camping, going on a weekend fishing trip, anything. I hear tenants tell me they are avid fishermen/women, campers, often go on business trips etc., but when they move in its nothing. I dont spy on my tenants its just something Ive noticed over the years especially when I often leave. I mean of all ages too.

Sounds like the dead beat own nothing and be happy renters need to get out, get a job and buy a house.

Funny thing is a house mortgage is cheaper than a lot of rentals.

They are either too dumb to figure it out or can never get a mortgage because they have a shit job, no net worth and shit credit.

9/10 tenants are slobs and don't treat a place as if it is their own. That says more about them than any landlord. They are always surprised when they lose their deposits. Too stupid to read the contract they signed. My last tenant didn't clean a damned thing in the house. Didn't even vacuum, didn't mop, left pet hair in the washer, dirty inside the stove, I don't think they changed the air filter even once while living there, broke almost all of the blinds, and the floor grout is black (This was addressed in their contract). I have to pay $850 to make the floor suitable for the next tenants. Have to replace the cat piss-stained carpet (Was brand new), I paid 1300K before they moved in just to make the floor grout look new. They left dog poop in the backyard. They did not pay a pet deposit for a dog. Tenants don't think about the costs we incur. So when you break something or don't adhere to the contract yes, I will deduct it from your deposits. I'm trying to make a little profit, not spend your rent money on your neglect and carelessness.

I wouldn’t say pervert, but knowing if and when your tenants are on a vacation is very strange. I don’t go to my property unless it’s to repair anything. You should never be that involved in your tenants. That my opinion at least.
