The enemy continues to press on the northern flank of the Oskol front. The enemy claims to have captured the village of Kupyansk-Uzlovaya. Partial mobilization is almost complete. The new recruits are arriving in their units and many have already begun practical training at training ranges, improving their skills in handling weapons and equipment according to their military specialty. The military department allowed the soldiers to bring their own drones into the units, but they may only use them if instructed to do so by their commander.

Some fighters have sufficient skills and do not consider themselves in need of lengthy retraining (e.g., those who have recently transferred to the reserve or returned from the SAS zone, where they fought as volunteers). Once their qualifications have been confirmed, they may soon depart for the front lines.
