With my first chance to take a look @Ian, the millibars dropped from 983 this morning to 976 at 2pm EDT. I wonder when it turns to CAT2. I'm still surprised that Hillsboro is the target. They haven't had to deal with this kind of threat in the last 100yrs, from what I've heard. What could go wrong there...
