I have ringing it's tinnitus. Too many 50cal rounds being fired next to my head, or maybe the tow/ dragon missiles. Hard to say. Our military had terrible ineffctive earplugs when I served. The audiologist told me I would qualify to get hearing aids most likely but I never persued it with the VA. The hearing loss is bad but the ringing is what really drives you nuts.

Got just around 11455Hz. I have tinnitus and constant ringing. Was hard to center out the exact sound, but seems like its best at triangle wave.

Here's something that's often referred to as "flossing", though occupied those frequencies where tinitus is often found.

For sleep, search around Youtube for 10 hours of rain, train journey or nature and find one which covers your frequency then roll down the volume until it matches, now down just a tiny bit more (your hearing will be more accute as you sleep).

Mine is around 4.9 kHz. Interesting when I applied the sawtooth function that my tinnitus was almost cancelled. As if the waveform was applied at 180 degree phase shift...

I've had tinnitus since age 25 or so, probably from military service. Saw a doctor about it and he asked if the pulsing sound matched up with my heartbeat, which it did. Doc said dehydration caused the blood vessels around the ear drum to constrict, making noise with the heartbeat. I took it as a warning to rehydrate.
It finally went away in my 40s, after a week in a hospital (for something else). I just slept, ate bland food, and noticed the ringing was gone.

The buzz I hear can be anywhere.. in the desert, out in the ocean, on a mountain.. away from all electronic. Constant. 24/7

Some of you might be hearing ultrasound.

A few years ago I detected these spy towers going up at the same time as 5G was being deployed. There's long range MITM evil twin clone wifi access points and fake cellular repeaters on these towers. AND .. I also detected ultrasound coming from them too.

Apparently, these Android phones have multiple backdoor. And one of them is ultrasound. I caught my phone being taken out of airplane mode, and even NFC being turned on, and wifi as well. How could this happen when my phone was being stored in an RF shielding bag at night? Well, that's when I detected commands being broadcast from these spy towers using ultrasound. The frequency they typically use is around 20khz to 24khz. The mics on these phones can hear that. You can download an app called Ultrasound Detector and verify that. But beware, that app could be modified to not work correctly anymore. The version I use is from 4 years ago. These ultrasound commands can come from a tower even 3 miles away. It's LOUD, but most people can't hear it. That app can down-convert to an audible range if you want to listen to it.

EM pulses can be used in the same way. The mics in these phones monitor for ultrasound waves as well as being sensitive to EM pulse. They can even send these backdoor commands within audible range too, disguised as birds tweeting.

Anyhow, some of you might be hearing these ultrasound noises from these towers. They are often constantly broadcasting. They can command specific phones to download specific infected spying and tracking apps.

Also, check your environment for ionizing radiation. You'll need a Geiger counter for that. These hacks use ionizing radiation to disrupt electronic devices. If you are exposed to this for any length of time, it can lead to watery eyes, dripping sinuses, a burning sensation in your feet and all over your body. And it will cause tinnitus. A double dose of Benadryl every 6 hours might help stop that tinnitus, but that shouldn't be taken for long periods of time. It can cause dehydration and muscle cramps and dry eyes. Also, a CO2 monitor can also be influenced by gamma or xray radiation. If you have a CO2 monitor that's acting weird, suddenly showing high false readings, then it could be ionizing radiation.

Also beware, there's a USB backdoor in every damn device with a USB port on it. It allows for remote activation and remote DMA access. Seriously, every device with a USB port is vulnerable. This has nothing to do with tinnitus, but it's part of an this spying shit going on. They typically use 480 MHz and 960 MHz to stream data to and from these USB ports. But any frequency can be used.

I'm been onto this shit for 5 years now when my wifi stuff was first hacked. And it's only gotten worse. I've asshacks stalking and hacking and harassing and threatening me every since I figured out what was going on. They even followed me to my new home 2 years ago. They are always around 24x7. Even now they try to stop me from posting about this stuff. But there's no stopping me now. These assholes even knew about this COVID pandemic a year before it even occurred.

I found this, is the only tone that combats my 'chattering tinnitus' in my left ear. It 'squelches' it, and I get a gentle 'toilet flushing sound' for awhile after I listen for 20 minutes in good headphones.

This is a great idea to track the frequencies being used. If you just want them to go away, slabs of magnetic rock will block them.

I tried the octave thing but I don’t think I can hear 14,000hz, and it definitely wasn’t an octave lower.

I wonder if it changes with my mood or exertion? Or, from day to day?
