So this story hit earlier today. It just doesn't make sense. Why would that pig nosed freak steal a woman's luggage?
That doesn't make sense.

What does make sense is that it was a luggage exchange. Probably documents and state secrets for money.
So he grabbed the wrong luggage and left and some lady filed a report and they looked at the camera footage, and decided to charge him with a felony so he could be arrested so they can find out what the fuck this guy did exactly.

This happened back in September and we're only hearing about it now.

So they know what he was up to and releasing this information is strategic.
