I’m planning to not take any medications in my old age just to see how long I can live by using only vitamins, good diet and reasonable exercise. Will get occasional lab tests to see how my body is doing but no meds.

75 and haven't seen a doctor since I was a kid. No problems, and most folks my age are doing far worse with all their MDs.

‘Doctors orders” gives the impression we are under their jurisdiction.

And doctors can and do at times fire their patients who do not follow orders.

So if you like your doctor and want to keep him, you mostly have to comply with their orders unless you can convince them to make an an exception in your case.

Meds often have unknown side effects. There are other natural methods do deal with different imbalances. Acupuncture, herbs, Meditarian diet, massage, clean purified oxygenated water, clean air, walking, swimming - no sugar.

There's a way to (1) identify it and (2) to disable it.
