anxiety is NOT proof of reincarnation/past lives. your anxiety originiated in this life, the only one you have or will ever have just like it has originated for millions of others.

If you go deep enough into your own subconscious you will encounter past life experiences. Are they just encoded into our DNA or did our souls traverse? Based on experience I'd lean towards the latter.

There are many grand designs and benevolent systems in place to help us return to a loving, peaceful, and joyous human being.

There is no other explanation for my strong anxiety.

Ive had it done twice. I think its amazing! I rememebr 2 of my previous lives. There IS life after death.

True that anxiety is not proof of reincarnation, rather it is an attribute of our ego mind that some call the survival mind to keep us out of danger to stay alive.

Severe chronic anxiety is a different matter.

How do you explain that a three year old child could have severe fear of air borne travel who has never flown on an airplane? Perhaps that child was horrifically killed in a past life when his war plane was shot down in battle.

And where do you think we get our intuition or likes and dislikes from even at a very young age? There is much more stored in our DNA than just biological instruction coding.

You don’t believe in reincarnation, yet you believe Jesus rose three days after death and will return thousands of years later. And there is a reason why it took three days.

Everything runs in cycles. For us to have only one single lifetime here and then it’s either paradise or fire is mighty inefficient and wasteful, especially when we realize how much effort and coordination were needed for us to be here each time.
