Don Lemon benched over sexist rant, future at CNN in doubt

"Don Lemon will not appear Monday on CNN This Morning as his future on the show continues to be discussed at the highest levels within the network, according to two people familiar with the matter.

Lemon, who was forced to make a groveling apology to CNN staffers on Friday after making offensive remarks about women and aging, had been scheduled to anchor This Morning alongside co-hosts Poppy Harlow and Kaitlan Collins, according to a copy of the CNN anchor schedule obtained and reviewed by Confider."

That was so dumb to say that about Nikki Haley, of all people, in the first place. She’s not a threat to become president and he likely wrecked his career over a candidacy that was over before it started. It’s not like there aren’t 50+ Democrat women that Lemon would be happy with as president. I’m sure he voted for Hillary, for instance. Hell, Kamala Harris is 58. He sounds like a lifelong homo who understands zero about women with that stupid remark. His gay-ness has insulated him from criticism for so long he thinks he can say anything, but he’s about to find out cancel culture can come even for its most ardent supporters.
