Take two half breasts and butterfly each half breast into two separate pieces. Place in a baking dish (no need to grease it). Take one can of artichoke hearts in brine, chop up. Mix 3/4 cup mayonnaise and 3/4 cup grated parmesan or pecorino, mix with artichokes, add dash of garlic powder and dash of pepper. Spoon mixture on top of each breast half. Bake at 375° for 30 minutes or until brown. I've made this dozens of times. Delicious and never dry! Frigger Tinger |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 85406817 -I cut them up into strips, bread them and make chicken strips. -I pound them out, bread them and make a chicken sandwich. -I slow cook them and make shredded chicken taco meat. -I cut them into small chunks, and use them in a stir fry for Asian food. -I flay them, pound them, stuff them with mushrooms and cream cheese and spices, wrap them in bacon, close them with toothpicks and bake them. -I marinate them in Italian dressing overnite, then grill them and I serve them over a pasta with a tomato blush sauce, or with a white sauce made with cheese/cream/lemon/white wine. -Chicken Marsala. Do you have a go to that is different from above? I'm looking for other ways to use this versatile and reasonably priced dinner staple. How do you make your breading? I just roast drumsticks to make em like hot wings, doused in red hot, then black pepper, cayenne pepper, salt, seasoning salt, garlic powder and light sprinkling of turmeric, half way threw roasting baste em and toss a pile of chopped up habaneros on the top of each drumstick, kick ass hot wings. Been looking for a decent breading to try with them. |

Gives your joints and bones the stuff they need to remain functional. With just the chicken breasts I would tend to just fry them in butter lightly and pour a bunch of Montreal Chicken seasoning on top. Or you can back in a dish with a can of cream of mushroom soup on top. or fry a bunch of fresh mushrooms and onions, then serve that on the chicken, with white pepper. Or pound them out flat and stuff them with rolled up ham slices and ricotta cheese. If you can make some Marsala wine sauce to pour over it, it will be amazing. Or cook up some Basmati rice, and add chunks of chicken and frozen peas to the mix. Serve with a big glob of butter in a bowl. Or you can add a bunch of chili powder and a spoon full of Turmeric. You will live forever. :) Justme |

[link to www.recipetineats.com (secure)] the tricky part is to keep the breast well closed and breaded so the butter wouldn't leak through. The best side is hard boiled young potatoes with butter and dill. Last Edited by Nika_A on 05/25/2023 08:35 PM |

Nothing wrong with cholesterol. What do you mean by dirty? It can be if commercially processed. Depends where you buy your chicken from. You want to talk about dirty that would be pork. Pigs are scavengers and shouldn't be eaten, but to each his own. I will give my opinion, but I don't tell others how to eat. I leave that to the vegans. lol |
