just 20 years ago, these two nits would have been laughed off the stage. Barky's odd statements, like the 57 states, would have ended the campaign that day. grandpa's statement about 100 years in iraq would have ended it for him.
it is farcical.

I believe republicans like their presidents really really stupid. That way the powers that be can do as they please and their 'leader' is too stupid to realize what is happening. Ronnie was suffering from dementia while he was prez .... W. Bush is as simple as they come ... just dumb as a rock. McCain ... another dementia victim. I guess this works out better for them.
