What really is an animal sacrifice? What is the purpose? Do they eat the animal afterwards? So how can that be sacrifice.

If you buy soy, grain, or corn items from any store, the chances are sky high that small field mammals were destroyed for their harvest to bring them to you. Regardless of the hierarchy, a carrot is still alive, as it grows. Just as we grow. One can argue the plants have intelligence, as they will direct themselves to grow towards the sun for nourishment.

The things we are doing to souls today, to animal souls. The revenge is on us, of their souls.

Similarly the revenge will be on those who take souls that do not belong to them, for their sustenance. This applies to the binding, and to the punishment. This is the Law.

Jesus never said that. You either pulled that out of your ass or are quoting some other book, but it ain't in the Bible. Jesus did call fishermen to be his disciples and did feed 5000+ people fish. One would be hard pressed to think he didn't eat fish too. Jesus did make a habbit of quoting the Old Testiment, parts of which do detail what meats are allowable to eat and what are not under Old Testiment Hebrew law.
