God is opening your eyes to the decernment of the ages. satan has been on this earth for millenia (sp) and is a very old fallen angel. But, this is all he is; a fallen angel. I believe a large part of the problem is WHO is teaching Christs words today. Many of the pastors may not know the truth and be confused themselves, and are confusing their "flock".
What I recommend is that you find a good church where the pastor really knows his or her stuff and ask some of your important questions to him or her.

People like to complain when you "talk" about Christianity that we quote the Bible.

Sorry you guys, but Christianity IS the Bible. If the Bible is true, if it makes sense, if it rings a bell of truth in you, then that is what "IT" is.

We cannot talk about Christianity without sharing from the Bible. It is impossible.

And there are many archeological finds that confirm the Bible. I just named the best one I know. There is also a first century book in Jerusalem - I forget the name of it - but it is also proven to be one of the first books written by the earliest disciples.

This is what happened to a friend of mine. He was confused about a lot of things in the Bible. He asked his "pastors" and no one knew the answers and did not want to take the time with him. He then went and found a bad path to follow. A bad new agey path that is soooo abviously drenched with "doctrines of demons" it is really pathetic. It really does not take a rocket scientist to look at what BS these followers believe and see how trashy made up this crap is...I will not say the new age path here. But, most of the BS these people believe cannot be found in ANY history books at ALL.
So, find a good place to go where you can have your questions answered before you go down a bad path....
