Since this a freaky thread, I'll add my own freaky detail. It is a dream, and there tend to be a lot of dream posts on GLP, but I never remember dreams, and I remembered this one quite vividly and still do. Nor do I generally give any credence to my dreams. But this one has been on my mind since I awoke after dreaming it.

This dream happened in early August. I live in Long Island, about 15 miles from Manhattan.

I am sitting in a room with my wife besides me, my in-laws (who also live in Long Island) seated nearby, and my brother (who lives elsewhere) seated with his wife. There is a nurse standing in front of us. She is talking to us, and she explains to me that I am going to die. She hands me a manila folder - apparently my file. There are two lines on the outside, both with dates and information, like a medical file. The first line I cannot read, but the second line states "declining health", and apparently leads to my death. While I do not remember exact dates from the file (they were as unreadable as the first line), I woke up thinking they were both in mid-November, and that there is some event (the unreadable line) that leads, in short order, to my declining health and death.

A real bummer of a dream, but the interesting part is that after I read of my death, I kiss my wife, and then get up and hug my brother. My fear in the dream is for my two children, but there is an immediate knowledge that my brother will help with my kids and raise them as his own, and that I will be there all along watching. I am flooded with peace at this knowledge, knowing that I will still get to witness the growth of my children.

To be fair, that peaceful feeling completely dissipated when I awoke and had the dream hit my conscious mind. Then I was just bummed and felt like weeping (which has never happened to me after a dream). Like I said, I put little meaning in my dreams, so I have tried to rationalize that it was just a dream and nothing more, but that has not stopped me from watching the days go by in approach to mid-November and wondering exactly what kind of event might occur.

Now that I've written all that, I realize just how tangential it is to the thread, but I guess I needed to document that dream somewhere, so forgive me if I have wasted your time.

You want to know why no one else commented on this thread since 9/3/10 when we all know that GLP would have eaten this up the minute it was posted? Because the original thread did NOT CONTAIN THIS INFORMATION!

Also, why would he have last updated it on 11/12/2010 but not commented himself on it until today? We have all been looking for a "tipping point" clue scrupulously enough that we would have noticed this thread on 11/12/2010 when he last updated it. Why didn't we?

I sense something much more intriguing going on here! I say "intriguing" because it sounds better than "sinister". I will let the OP explain these discrepencies before I accuse him of anything but we need answers to these questions before I proceed any further with this thread.

What say you OP? What was the ORIGINAL title to your thread that you posted on 9/3/2010 (generic enough to not garner any attention, no doubt) but last edited on 11/12/2010 with no one noticing until you commented on it yourself today. I would like some answers to this!

Watcher I assure you nothing sinister is going on here...I've already explained this many times. In fact just scroll up. I UPDATED an old thread in order to keep this private until/if I felt it needed to be shared.



Then let me ask you, when you edit your post and hit "update", it shows up on the thread at that time. I have been here watching like a hawk since the 8th and I would have noticed your updated post on the 12th...but I didn't. And the fact that no one commented on it when it was updated on the 12th makes it obvious to me that no one else saw it then either.

I am not satisfied with the innocent "I just updated an old thread" throw-off. I don't doubt that you worked hard to put this information together...the question is WHO ARE YOU WORKING FOR?!

Listen. Before you accuse me of being sinister, try to follow this. Go back to ANY of your old threads. THen click update and change ANYTHING you want in your OP, INCLUDING your title...once you do it hit 'update' and see if it bumps to the top of GLP...it won't. Point is you can go back and change any of your old threads WITHOUT anyone knowing it. I did this to an old thread as a way to keep up with things I found. I also did NOT want to put this out there until and IF I thought it needed to be. I realized in the end I would rather look like a kook and share this than NOT share it and something happen tomorrow. In doing so I am hoping that bringing this to surface can and will prevent it if indeed this is a real plot.

Remember how many freedoms you lost when 3 buildings fell. Imagine if a whole city went kaboom. Anyone who devalues life as your statement suggests doesn't deserve to live. NYC is a wicked city among many but all have sinned and come short of the glory of god.
