Yes but there's another photo showing the same guy running, without the backpack and a guy next him looks like he has drawn a gun. So, it sure seems it was after the bombing that he didn't have the backpack.

How much more proof does ANYONE need????

Oh and here's a good one for you- The two craft guys were 50 ft away from one of the explosions until right before detonation. Then gone. Bomb explodes. Then they are on street near explosion.
