this is true

i am in great shape now, and it started with eating from the right places, fresh, non processed

this is extremely expensive and not realistic for most people unfortunately

i spend about $50 a day on food, it would be a lot cheaper if i cooked, but due to time constraints i have to have food prepared

consider that mcdonalds is cheap and subsidized food, the cheeseburger (and variants are what people subsist on [with ebts])

pretty much learn to cook italian, french, and indian, or get rich..

you can buy free range bison meat
it's not that expensive

real home grown eggs are awesome…. I partially grew up on them when my mother could get them from farmers.

I had some for the first time in years about 5 years ago when I was traveling and brought home 3 dozen .. awesome… made my "organic" eggs taste like shit.

Those of 5 years ago were true free roaming chickens… and I discovered there really ARE GREEN EGGS.. regards shell color and pink ones too besides all sorts of white beige brown and specked… they had many kinds of chickens. Which ones made the lovely pastel green eggs I do not know.

Man was GIVEN the chicken for the EGGS,, not the meat.. because our meat suits need cholesterol to make our steroid type hormones. I am required to eat 2 eggs a day in fact because I don't eat meat. and only small amounts of cheese and butter.

why do you "CAN" the jam? its not needed…. just clean seals or paraphen. I actually use old jelly and olive jars from from food.. those little seals in the lids,, just boil them first.. they seal well and over and over , over the years… free jars that way…

You can water can also in spaghetti and other jars that have seals… don't toss them and last year to experiment I canned a few jars in the pressure canner and the seals took fine.. on some old peanut butter jars that had seals in the lids.

i had been giving away extra cukes squash and other things till i dried some

now i keep them all--this winter i will have wasabi cuke chips and nutty flavored summer squash chips--lots better than the salty junk you find in the chip aisle at the store

soon i will have tons of tomatoes--i sampled a few of them dried yep they are now all mine too haha grow your own

and drying is so much easier and a lot less work than canning too

Dont forget to check the weeds around your property.
